This policy covers Primus Print Company LLC (“Primus Print Co.”) of Wichita, Kansas. When you ask us for a quote or a reorder, we collect only what we need to make your order. Here's what that means.

• What you tell us about your order: products, quantities, dates and colors.
• Logos or artwork you upload.
• Notes from our calls and emails with you about the order.

How we use it

• To contact you about your request and follow up on your order.
• To quote, print and deliver your order.
• To make reorders easy next time.

We use your logo only for your orders. We don't sell your information or share it for advertising.

Who helps us run this

A few trusted services store or send your information for us: Supabase (secure storage), Vercel (hosts this website), Google (sends our emails), Twilio (sends our texts) and Cloudflare (blocks spam on our form). They can use it only to provide those services.

Text messages

If you check “Text me about my request” (or tell us it's OK to text you), we'll text you about your request: quotes, order updates and follow-ups. Reply STOP anytime to stop, or HELP for help.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We also never share your phone number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Twilio sends our texts for us and can use your number only to deliver them.

Visitor counts

We count visits to this website (which pages, roughly where from, phone or computer) with Vercel Web Analytics. It uses no cookies and doesn't identify you.

How we keep it safe

Your information is stored privately. Only Primus team members with their own login can see it. Uploaded files are never public.

How long we keep it

We keep order details so we can help with reorders. Ask us anytime and we'll delete your information, unless we need it for an open order or our tax records.
